How to Enable JavaScript

We use JavaScript extensively throughout our web site to enhance your visit to our site. It is used for things such as making sure the information that you enter is complete and accurate, displaying popup windows for additional information, and storing search information in your computer's RAM so that pages load as fast as possible.

Locate your browser type and version below and follow the instructions to enable it to use JavaScript. To determine the version of browser you are using, choose "Help" from the main menu, then choose either "About Netscape" or "About Internet Explorer." Please note that there are some browsers out there that do not allow you to enable JavaScript. Most of these browsers are quite old, and if you have one, you will need to upgrade to a newer version in order to use the "find a practitioner" search area properly.
